Objectives.
Our long-standing pharmaceutical customer wanted to host a fun, informal and professional team-build for 450 employees, with the aim of boosting morale amongst teams, engaging their workforce, and getting the employees’ families involved too.
With a date fixed, we had just two weeks to put our thinking caps on.
To meet these objectives, we knew a virtual pub quiz would be the winning ticket.
In a period of crisis and lockdown, this virtual quiz was a truly fantastic way to bring our employees together for some light-hearted, competitive fun.
Can’t recommend the virtual quiz enough, we will definitely be holding another one during lockdown!

Solution.
We worked closely with our customer and preferred quiz supplier on the structure of the virtual event and effectively filling the hour and a half timeframe.
The quiz was hosted via an online communication platform, accessible on any device so attendees could enjoy in from the comfort of their own home. The family-friendly questions were guided by the professional Quiz Master, who was streamed live via a video link, and included questions on everything from television and movies, to
music and sport.
As the scores were worked-out automatically (with higher marks awarded the quicker they answered) and the leader board was updated in real-time, it built a buzz of anticipation and excitement!

Results.
It successfully connected employees and the post-event feedback has been truly amazing, so much so, the next virtual pub quiz was scheduled for a few weeks later!
