We are pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Fitzgerald as our new Chief Operating Officer.
Donna will also become an executive team member and her new role will commence on May 1st.
We are continuing to evolve our propositions, products and services to improve operational delivery and service excellence for our customers. The COO will play a key role in driving this evolution and will add further depth and breadth to the our executive team.
Donna will also take responsibility for our operational delivery, performance, and customer service.
