Nel Flint

Nel’s experience, knowledge and passion for the industry, help her create and lead a high performing team; with over 20 years of industry experience. Nel started her career in a family run hotel and has never looked back. Having been with us for two years, Nel is accountable for ensuring the operational teams maintain high levels of customer service and is trusted to deliver creative solutions in line with customers’ policies, budgets and brands.

Jason Cardy

Jason has almost nineteen years of experience and is putting it to great use by working with both our teams and customers to ensure we’re supporting them in the best way possible! He's been with us for almost 17 years and his passion lies with large, complex events such as Commercial Motor Live, which he managed for Road Transport Media.

An(Drew) Forshaw

Drew has nine years’ industry experience starting as our Theming and Entertainment Specialist in 2012, before being promoted to Delegate Manager. He’s now our guru in all things related to ‘Event Hub’ – our innovative, customisable delegate registration and app technology. His key skills include logical thinking and problem solving and this is evident in all the tech savvy things that he does.

Kelly Tregale

Kelly has seven years of industry experience and joined us in 2011. She loves her job and you can really see it in all that she does. Kelly said “There are few people in life who genuinely enjoy their job and I am proud to say that I am one of them!” To date, her favourite event was the BP Shipping Centenary Dinner in Chicago, held at the Waldorf Astoria because it was a great team, a great location and a great venue.

Richard Shacklock

Richard has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to events, having worked in the industry for over 12 years, both venues and agency side. He joined us three years ago and manages our Event Managers and Event Executives in Swindon. He's worked on all kinds of events including delegate numbers of up to 25,000 - he’s even arranged Kings of Leon and Coldplay events!

Lucy Cacchio

Lucy got involved in the world of events in 2011. She works alongside the events team to design creative event concepts; everything from putting that innovative twist on an invite, right through to the all-singing-and-all-dancing creative concepts. Lucy’s key skills include thinking outside-of-the-box to ensure 'memorable' moments in events through her natural instincts and ability to personalise the delegate journey.

Liam Jones

Liam is definitely a people person and he has been with Capita Travel and Events since 2004 so has a wealth of venue knowledge too!! Liam’s favourite event is Arup’s Graduate Training Week because it was not only his first event, but because it's such s a rewarding event where you get to spend a lot of time with your colleagues which he said “{…} is always good fun!”

Richard has worked in the industry since 2010, and has been a valued member of our team for the last five years. He has a strong knowledge of exhibitions (due to his background) and he is also our Health and Safety expert. Road Transport Media’s Commercial Motor Live is Richard’s favourite event because it presented unique challenges, which the team met with innovative solutions.
