Kim has an amazing 20 years of industry experience and is accountable for our customer relationships across the Events division. Kim leads a team of highly experienced Event Directors and shares her knowledge, provides strategic direction, and applies her strong negotiation skills in guiding the team to deliver customer excellence and memorable events.

Jason Cardy

Jason has almost nineteen years of experience and is putting it to great use by working with both our teams and customers to ensure we’re supporting them in the best way possible! He's been with us for almost 17 years and his passion lies with large, complex events such as Commercial Motor Live, which he managed for Road Transport Media.

James Perry

James is one of the brains behind our delegate management and communication tool - the Events Hub. He's been an asset to the team, shaping our web solutions by designing websites, creating imagery and developing software since 2001. In this time his favourite website was an impressive design for a Star Wars themed event that took his creativity to the next level!

Charlotte Davis

Lottie is a knowledgeable Event Executive with over six years of experience. She's managed all kinds of events from conference and exhibitions to hospitality and just about everything in between. These events have had anything between 150 – 8,046 attendees, based UK and worldwide, from Frankfurt to Boston and her favourite event was a Fashion Show for one of our retail customers!

Darren Shakespeare

Darren’s career has been dedicated to the creative space and over the last 18 years he's amassed a wealth of experience from branding, marketing campaigns, concept delivery and packaging design projects for world-leading brands. There's been no stopping Darren since he joined us, enforcing his mantra of always ‘challenging the status quo’, Darren inspires the creative team to deliver truly unique experiences.

Gaby has almost five years industry experience when she joined us last year, and we couldn’t be more grateful that she’s brought her expertise to the team! Since joining us she has already managed a whole host of events across wide-ranging industries, from financial organisations to utility and telecommunication providers.

Richard Shacklock

Richard has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to events, having worked in the industry for over 12 years, both venues and agency side. He joined us three years ago and manages our Event Managers and Event Executives in Swindon. He's worked on all kinds of events including delegate numbers of up to 25,000 - he’s even arranged Kings of Leon and Coldplay events!

Will Dalzell

Will joined us five years ago as a Conference Consultant (he has amazing venue knowledge) before becoming an Event Executive, where his hard work and commitment paid off as he recently became an Event Manager. An international Mercedes-Benz Global Training has been his favourite event because it was great fun to work on and he said “sunny Dubrovnik wasn’t too bad either.”
